Mini Split Installation

Ask the people who hold the gauges

This page feeds the mailbox our installers thumb through between jobs, not a ticket queue. A room that will not keep pace with the rest of the house, a figure in our quote that needs unpacking, an error caught in one of these articles: put it in words here, and the person answering will be someone who spent the morning up a ladder with a torque wrench.

Details that sharpen the reply

  • The rooms you want conditioned and their rough sizes, even paced out in steps. A twelve by twelve bedroom and an open living space call for very different heads.
  • Whether each of those rooms touches an outside wall. An accessible exterior wall keeps the lineset short and the install simple; an interior room can still work, with more routing to think about.
  • A word about your electrical panel: its age, and whether breaker space is already tight. It decides how much wiring rides along on the quote.
  • Photos of the walls you have in mind, inside and out, are genuinely welcome in a reply thread. Ten seconds with a camera beats three paragraphs of description.

When the answer lands

Replies usually leave the same working day they arrive. Once the first heat wave hits, the queue slows, since the people who write the answers are also the ones holding the vacuum pumps, but no note goes unread and none is left to rot.

If a price was the real question all along, the homepage quote card is the quicker door: it drops into the scheduling book without passing through this mailbox.

Only the handful of installers on reply duty ever see what you wrote, and your address exists for that reply alone.

Plain words are plenty. The jargon is our department.
