Terms charter
January 2026 edition
The point of these pages
They explain how we install ductless systems, and they collect quote requests. Capacities, temperatures and dollar ranges printed here are honest national orientation, nothing more; the only figure with legal weight is the written quote produced after a walkthrough, and the only installation rules with legal weight are the codes enforced where you live.
Quote requests
Cost nothing and commit nobody. You receive a single call from an installer, then, if the walkthrough happens, a figure in writing. In exchange we expect contact details that genuinely reach you. Scope of work, calendar and payment arrangements belong to a signed agreement, never to a web page.
Decent behavior
Bulk harvesting, invented submissions and poking at the forms to see what breaks are all off the table. Traffic acting that way is dropped silently and stays dropped.
Where our liability stops
Articles here are careful but generic; they have met neither your walls, nor your electrical panel, nor your county's amendments. Choices made on general reading alone remain your own so far as the law permits, and nothing in this charter dents your statutory rights.
Whose work this is
Text, images and structure are ours or licensed to us. Quoting a passage with credit and a working link costs nothing. Republishing pages wholesale is theft with extra steps.
