What we end up holding

Submit the quote card and five things come our way: a ZIP, a room selection, a name, a phone we can reach, and anything you cared to add about the house. Use the message form instead and four things arrive: name, email, subject, body. On top of that, the machine serving these pages adds its own housekeeping trace, an IP here, a browser string there, kept only to tell people apart from scripts.

Why we hold it

To ring you once about the installation, to book the walkthrough, and to draft your quote. That sentence is the complete inventory. None of it is sold onward, none of it seeds an advertising audience, and no data broker ever gets a look.

The hands it passes through

The installer who makes the call, the crew that later parks outside your house, and the servers this site lives on, operated under their own duty of discretion. The circle closes there.

Its lifespan

Until the project wraps up, then through the retention window tax rules impose on paperwork. Want it gone earlier? One line to contact@mini-split-installation.com and the record is wiped.

Cookies, and the embedded map

Zero advertising cookies here. A bare session cookie can accompany the forms, nothing that follows you around. Map tiles wait, unloaded, until you scroll them into view; once visible they answer to the map company's rules rather than ours.

What you may demand

A copy of your data, a correction to it, or its erasure. Any of the three is granted on a plain email to contact@mini-split-installation.com, without procedure or fee wrapped around it.
